Lost/delayed/damaged baggage
If you find that your checked in baggage has not arrived at its destination or is damaged please immediately contact our Passenger Services Division within 24 hours. In order to claim lost or damaged baggage you will need to submit the following documents:
- Baggage tag
- Flight ticket
- Excess baggage payment slip
Eznis Airways will resolve your baggage complaints within three days of receiving your complaint in accordance with the Conditions of Carriage. Please note that Eznis Airways does not assume liability in the following cases:
- Baggage damaged due to goods carried in the bag
- Complaint has not been submitted within 24 hours
- Loss or damage of fragile, perishable and/or valuable goods
- Baggage damaged due to the passenger not properly packing his/her baggage
- Passenger provided incomplete documents for baggage claim
